I didn't see a thread for a thing like this, so i figured i'd start one at least for my own errors
This one's a bit weird to me, because to me all the conditions are being met appropriately
T1 On no true for No loop
If Player initiated event (in the test scenario, i used a chat text 'sell')
Then My capitol loses 5 hit points (i defaulted it to 500/its max) Turn this trigger back on
T2,3,4,5,6 On no true for No loop
If My capitol has between 1 and 200 hp And T1 fires
Then Get 100 gold Get a message saying you got 100 gold Turn this trigger back on
T3,4,5 and 6 are 201-400 for 200 gold, 401-600 for 300, 601-800 for 400 and 801-1000 for 500
The if x-y hp triggers and their associated effects seem to be crashing my ee-aoc. I have more complex triggers around them but they dont seem to cause any problems. I wonder whats up?
I'll probably be posting all my trigger errors in here (the ones that i can't explain lol)

EDIT: yep, definitely the If selected on map Capitol HP = min 201 max 400 et al conditions

Seems good to me, although if I am doing the trigger, I would be extra careful by putting Trigger-Off effects and delaying the trigger on by 1 game second, just to be on the safe side. This is because you only have 1 HP difference for all the conditions, and sometimes, this things are tricky and may mess up the editor's effects.
If you don't mind, what are you trying to achieve on this? Different "demands" to simulate demand-supply economy?

Pretty much yeah
The idea is, you can't keep trading with a single partner the same resource. If you do, the money you receive for your trades will go down. You need to let it cool off and allow demand to build back up. But at the same time, if you don't trade with them for too long, demand starts going down again faster than it goes up. Trading of course deactivates that natural loss of demand and resumes the original standard decline. Theoretically you can do one trade at a regular set time and you could keep demand at the same level forever, but with that many resources and that many cities to trade with, it becomes infeasible to micromanage every single resource.
Mediterranean Trade is supposed to allow a great deal of user choice, allowing a player to, say, maybe focus on developing one or two particular resources and trading in them, choosing their own primary source of income with all its perks and liabilities. But if I can't get this fundamental system to fire and resolve properly, then alot of that freedom is compromised.
It actually might be really helpful if you send me that scenario/throw something together. I could be overlooking something pretty important whilst caught up in the details. I've spent a good 5 hours trying to make this work, and i did once, but it worked in one test scenario and not in the other. When i added another element to the one that did work, boom, failure.

i think that can be done, but you will be needing a lot of trigger work for it to function properly. you might also need to use a lot of "counters" - the houses, etc. that you speak of. i have forwarded the scenario to you. kindly check your PM. think though that you could adapt the tributing to each and every AI player that engages player1. it is excruciating work, but with patience, it can be done.

Okay Shieldy now it's getting really weird
I redid the same triggers in a new test scenario and now the whole thing works! Wtf is going on with Empire Earth.... seriously weird
I'll pm you about the scen you sent me, looks pretty good so far!
