Opening the file in notepad, Ultimate, does not show that it is encoded. The reason for the text that appears is because Notepad attempts to open the file and 'translate' it into .txt format.

While I wasn't able to find the other one, I did come across this very creepy stalker website that might tell you where we can message him at: Something is seriously wrong with this site though. I even found myself in it!

Hey does anyone know how to change the model of a unit using hex editing? Example: Switching the citizen model with the tiger model, so the citizen will look like a tiger? I may be on the verge of being able to create new models/ changing cem files very simple open dbobjects, search graphics id of wolf, search graphics id of citizen, replace citizen's with wolf's. now all graphics data of the citizen is that of the wolf, if you change wolf texture/model, you change citizen texture, like shock trooper and sentinel. i believe sound changes too but im not sure in this particular case i dont know if there will be any problems when building and such. i did this with flamethrower to make a firespitting wolf edit: if you want them to have independent textures but same model and replacing models crash game, open dbgraphics and change most vales you can until it stops crashing, its all a matter of trial and error, since i haven't mapped dbgraphics i dont realy know what values to replace, but ive done it before sucefully
